The "Award Type" will be the first page that opens when you begin your submission. Review the eligibility requirements for both programs and choose carefully - you cannot go back and switch categories once you have begun your submission.

Concealed Identification Form

The "Concealed Identification Form" is where you will provide contact information for your project. Should your project receive an award this page will be used by the Institute to gain information and give recognition. It is imperative that all of the information entered on this page is accurate. If you have additional credits you may upload them with the release forms in the next section labeled "Release Forms Upload". Please clearly label the document "Additional Concealed ID".

Release Forms Upload

The "Release Forms Upload" page is where you will provide the forms necessary to ensure the legality of the awards process. The four forms on this page that need to be completed are: The All Firms Signature Page, Copyright Permission Form, Intern Declaration, and Release Form. The completed and signed forms need to be saved as a single PDF file smaller than 2 MB and uploaded in this section.  If you are adding additional Concealed ID information you will make that the last part of this one PDF file before uploading.
